For years, I carried everything - responsibilities, heartbreak, faith, family - all while trying to look like I had it all together.
On the outside, I was “strong.” Inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and unsure of who I was becoming.
I prayed. I pushed. I tried to “fix myself” with books, podcasts, and endless striving. But nothing lasted.
It wasn’t until I began weaving faith and nervous system healing together that something shifted. Christ reminded me of my true identity. Breathwork, stillness, and trauma-informed practices gave my body the safety it had been crying out for.
I stopped chasing the old version of myself and began rising into the woman God was shaping me to be.
This isn’t about hustling through healing. It’s about slowing down, softening, and letting God rebuild you from the inside out.
→ His peace is the anchor when life feels unsteady.
→ Your nervous system needs safety as much as your soul needs hope.
→ Real change doesn’t come through pressure, but
through presence.
→ You don’t have to carry this season alone.
You’ll find many coaches helping women in transition - but most focus on either the spiritual or the practical.
Here, it’s both.
It’s prayer and breathwork. Stillness and Scripture. Nervous system tools and Christ-centered encouragement.
This isn’t another generic “support group,” and it’s not a clinical program. It’s a safe haven - grounded, faith-filled, and designed to walk with you, not ahead of you.
Yes, I hold certifications in clinic hypnotic sciences, coaching, somatic work, trauma-informed practices.
But the most powerful credential I carry is my lived experience.
I’ve been through seasons of heartbreak, identity loss, and rebuilding. I don’t guide from textbooks - I guide from the valleys I’ve walked through, and the grace that lifted me out.
The tools I teach aren’t theory. They’re the very lifelines that helped me find safety in my body and peace in my spirit again.
I’m stepping into a new chapter, sharing my story not because it’s perfect, but because faith has brought me back to life.
When I’m not holding space for women navigating hard transitions, you’ll find me reconnecting with the simple joys that make life feel sacred again:
Playtime with my new puppy (and my older one too)
Peaceful walks along the beach
Savoring a really good cup of coffee
Getting back into running - something I hadn’t done in a long time
Soaking up precious moments with my children
This isn’t another generic “support group,” and it’s not a clinical program. It’s a safe haven - grounded, faith-filled, and designed to walk with you, not ahead of you.
If you’re walking through a season of change that’s left you feeling uncertain, stretched thin, or disconnected from yourself - I want you to know: you don’t have to do it alone.
This space was created for women like you.
A place to pause.
A place to breathe.
A place to remember who you are in Christ.
